ヴィラ アンジェラ - タオルミーナ

1.眺望は、本当にとても素晴らしいと思います。天気のせいで、あいにくエトナ山が良く見えなかったのが残念でしたが。2.朝食はとても良かったです。殆どのホテルの朝食が、切って盛り付けるだけのものの中で、特に、調理された野菜は他の4つ星ホテルでも提供されてないものです。自慢しても良いと思います。3.従業員の対応は、とても親切でフレンドリーで良かったと思います。4．日本語のタオルミーナの地図は、情報盛り沢山でとても便利です。

1.ベランダの隣の部屋とのセパレーションが、不十分です。プライバシーやセイフティーの面で問題があります。2.鉄道の駅からのアクセスが良くない。できれば出迎えのサービスが欲しい。タクシー代、片道20€（往復40€）はもったいない。3.　短期滞在者向けに、ショッピング以外のタオルミーナの町の楽しみ方の紹介（例えば海辺での楽しみ方など）があると良い。4. 午後1時から3時頃の町への送り迎えのサービスがないのが不便です。5．些細な事ですが、プラスチックのコップは、部屋の雰囲気にそぐわない安物の感じを与えます。やはりガラスのコップであって欲しい。

Amazing staff, incredible food for breakfast, clean rooms, truly amazing view from the balcony. Everything was more and better then we expected!

I actually liked everything about Villa Angela.

The views were amazing.

No shower facilities when checking out and having to wait before a long flight back to Australia. We could have paid for a room for an additional 50 Euro but wasnt worth it.

The view over the Etna from our room. The atmosphere. The room amenities and comfort. The friendly staff. The shuttle to and from Taormina.

Room cleanliness and assistance from hotel staff are always a priority and this Hotel did well on both accounts. The shuttle bus service was excellent in this rather steep location, the Hotel being in the upper section of Taormina.

There was a bar and it was located on the same floor as the reception desk. It may have been more appropriately located on the same floor as the pool. The reception staff were responsible for serving drinks from the bar so they would have to leave what they were doing to attend to the bar. The housemaids appeared to start to early in the morning and you were left with the impression that you were being hurried out of your room so that they could attend to their duties. The balcony outside the rooms faced Mt Etna and were spacious, however, lattice with some vegetation growing thereon provided the separation between rooms and afforded insufficient privacy.

Only downside was distance from town and sea and the altitude our preference is to walk to restaurants in the evening. However this would not necessarily stop us from returning

Stayed in the Etna Suite as per my request a booking - There was 4 of us staying in the suite & it was very spacious. The views of Taormina beach & of course Mt.Etna from both rooms were glorious. The Hotels facility was excellent & the cleaniness was of high standard. The addition of a pool was a bonus, altho the water was Freezing and took you breath away.Would highly recommend Villa Angela to friends & family - Hopefully will make it back one day.

The comfort and the staff . The location is ok but far from Taormina centre. It is a good quality hotel which probably works well for Tour operator clientele but defintely lacks charm

The hotel presentation /website is somewhat misleading . The view is not what is said it is . and it is actually some distance to centre and seaside The hotel looks a tad old fashion to us and unfortunately does not offer diner menu. We found the hotel expansive for what it is there are far better location with larger rooms in Taormina

Although it was a buffet breakfast, which was excellent, the staff were always in attendance and at the same time maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The front desk staff were a mine of local information, always smiling and friendly. The chambermaid was very efficient and gave good Italian lessons! The room was well presented and had a magnificent view of Mount Etna. The Shuttle bus service was easy to use and always on time. The Hotel felt very safe and secure. We want to go back for another holiday as soon as possible. The pool area was very clean and tidy.

It would have been nice if the restaurant had been open more often for evening meals.

The view from the hotel is incredible...

Food very poor, ordered a caesars salad and salad that arrived was far from a caesars salad!! Sandwiches a bit like cardboard. Dinner only twice a week but abstained, great restaurant close by thank goodness

The views are amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet air con and good wifi.

No tea or coffee in the room and toiletries "on request"

The room had a balcony with a wonderful view, with Etna facing you, the beautiful bay to one side and a view of the charming hilltop village of Castelmola to the other side. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, dinner was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle service to Taormina was excellent.

Breakfast whilst good would have benefited from some more local produce, ie local jams and almond/pistachio cream filled croissants, as we had had elsewhere in Sicily and were delicious. It was a pity the restaurant was only open 2 nights of the week as the food was excellent and the view from the terrace possibly one of the best you could get. Liked the Sicilian music they played in the restaurant, but sound system could have been better. These are minor points, however, as overall the hotel is excellent.

The view, the decor, the size of the hotel and, most of all, the delightful staff.

The views from the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem to organise or share local knowledge. The hotel property was kept clean.

Stayed 4 days, 2of those days hot water ran out. Showered in cold water. The bed was terribly hard. The 'deluxe'room feels like a "standard room". "Deluxe" fancy word to describe the room. There is a shuttle service takes you to the city centre (3mins drive) but guest must pay for that service. Every morning hearing furniture being moved from the rooms above.
